- Don’t know about ‘theory of personality’ but there is plenty of hilarity:
The reader might like to take a piece of paper and write on it the names of all women composers of music, past and present, that he can think of. On a second (or the same) piece he should then write down the names known to him of all the female writers of comedies or comedy material. This exercise should sufficiently illustrate the point that women do not write symphonies nor make jokes. At least, they have not yet done so.
